Dec. 16, 2006-Wedding Day!

2007-NO B/C, no "real trying"

Jan. 2008-Start TTC

April. 2008- Natural Chemical Pregnancy

May-Dec. 2008-No luck

Jan. 2009-It's been a year, now what?

Jan.-March 2009-S/A tests, meet with RE

April 2009-post coidal test-normal results

May 2009-HSG-everything looks good!

June-Sept. 2009- Clomid assisted IUI's-all BFN's

Oct.-Dec. 2009-taking a break

Jan.-Feb. 2010-1st IVF cycle (transferred 2 embryos)

March. 2010-IVF cycle is a BFN (transferred 3 embryos)

April-June 2010-another break

July 2010-FET-BFN

Aug. 2010-Aug. 2014-Paying off our debt, TTC on our own

April 2014-Race to Parenthood 5k=renewed Hope, coming out with our story

Sept. 2014-Frozen Embryo Transfer #2 (transferred 3 embryos)

Beginning of Oct. 2014-Chemical pregnancy, 6 wk. M/C

End of Oct. 2014-IUI with Donor Sperm

Beginning of Nov. 2014-BFP! Ends in Chemical Pregnancy right away.

Nov. 2014-Chromosome & Recurrent Loss Panel-all results normal.

Dec. 2014-Find out we were chosen to be a featured couple in the 2nd annual Race to Parenthood!

April 2015-2nd Annual Race to Parenthood where we almost, almost doubled what we raised the first year.

May 2015-Through God's great timing, we were chosen by a couple for a private embryo donation.

Summer 2015-Getting all paperwork & logistics worked out for embryo adoption

September 2015-Adopted Embryos arrive at our clinic!! We are legally parents to 11 snowflakes!

October 2015-Thaw 2 blasts, lose one in the thaw. Thaw 2 more. Transfer 2 great blasts, refreeze one. Enter another 2ww! ….and it worked!

November 2015-Pregnancy confirmed with a 6 wk ultrasound and for the first time we see and hear a heartbeat!!!

December 2015-Sadly, our pregnancy ends in an 8 wk. miscarriage. D & C the next day.

January 2016-Go full speed ahead and thaw two blasts, one doesn't survive the thaw. Thaw another two and lose another one. End up transferring 2 blasts.

February 2016-And I'm pregnant again!!! The joy is short lived with the confirmation of my fourth chemical pregnancy.

July 2016-We thaw three embryos, 1 doesn't survive the thaw. Transfer 1 great looking blast and 1 mediocre pre-blast to our surrogate. Great looking first beta (50) followed by two dropping betas and our surrogate (my sister) officially has her own chemical pregnancy.

Aug. 2016-Keep going full speed ahead and use our remaining embryos with our surrogate. First beta was a 16. Second beta was a 9. My sister has her own second chemical pregnancy and we are officially out of adopted embryos.

Sept. 2016-present-Embracing life with no plans of using ART ever again. Who knows what the future holds.

Fall 2017: Complete Foster Parent classes

Spring & Summer 2018: Child #1 and Child #2 enter our home through Foster Care

Summer 2019: Child #3 arrives through Foster Care

Winter 2020: Living in the reality that in a year and a half we went from no kids and 4 dogs to 3 kids and 1 dog. Phew!
